CLIENTS ACTUALLY COMING FROM?
Lawmatics · Intaker · Clio Manage

What we
built.
We carried the campaign source from the Intaker link into matching Lawmatics fields, with Google Organic as the fallback when a visit arrived without one. The dashboard then follows each lead from first contact to a retained matter in Clio.
Intake staff can also see who is still waiting for a call back. When a lead has waited too long, a first-contact task appears in Lawmatics without anyone creating it.
