WHICH MATTERS ARE
FALLING BEHIND SCHEDULE?
Clio Manage
A firm had set clear targets: seven days for onboarding, fourteen for the second stage, seven months from opening to close. Clio stored the stage dates, but no report compared them with the targets.

What we
built.
The dashboard reads the custom stage-date fields on each Clio matter and measures time in stage against its target. Attorneys see their own files ranked by how far behind they are.
At quarter end, the closed-matter view shows who finished files by their target dates. That is the measure the firm’s bonus plan pays on.
